I've got error saying: "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package"

The problem could happen when the file is not completely downloaded, the file should have size about 4,798kb, if less then that, please download the software again.

I've got error saying: "The installer was interrupted before ImpianaSoft myName 3.0 could be installed. You need to restart the installer again"

Something's not quite right with your Windows Installer setup/state, Here are a couple of things you may want to try out:

1) Download and save the myName30.msi files in a folder that's not overly long nor contain spaces (ex: c:\this is an example of long folder name\myName30.msi), i.e., put them in "c:\downloads" and try double-clicking on them from there.

2) Maybe your MS Installer need upgrading:

I've got error saying: "This installation package cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service. You must install a Window Service pack that contains a newer version of the Windows Installer service"

This problem can be caused when the Microsoft Installer files needs to be updated to a newer version.
